I grew up eating a lot of mooli parathas in the Delhi winters but my real appreciation for mooli/radish, only began after I got to taste freshly harvested radish from our farm. While most radish recipes ask for radish to be cooked, a farm fresh radish tastes incredibly delicious when eaten raw.
The intent of this recipe was to make a baked bite with radish for my kids snack, but halfway through, I took a portion away for a fresh raw salad. So enjoy this two-in-one recipe while radish is still in season. Inspired by the mooli paratha, here’s my recipe for Baked Radish Crackers.
