Flaxseed Papdi Chaat

Ingredients
- 30 gms Flaxseed Crisps
- 1 Diced Onion
- 1 Diced Tomato
- 1 tsp Oil
- 2 Tbsp Tamarind Sauce
- Salt and Garam Masala to taste
- Coriander Sprigs for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Lay the flaxseed crisps separately on a platter
- Toss the onions and tomatoes with the oil, salt and masala in a bowl
- Heap the tomato mix onto the crisps
- Garnish with drops of tamarind sauce and Coriander sprigs
