Banana Stem Salad

Ingredients
- ½ cup chopped Banana Stem
- ¼ cup Onion
- 2 tbsp Mustard oil
- ¼ cup boiled peanuts
- Handful of sliced Thotakura
- Sprinkle of Spring onion
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Toss the banana stem, greens and onion in a bowl. Add two tbsp mustard oil, lemon, a dash of salt and pepper and toss all together. Plate the mix and top with Spring Onion and peanuts.
Tip: Add some green chilis to add a little spice. If you prefer creamier dressings, pair with our Vegan Mayo.
